Why not improve your customers experience by providing useful on-screen information that customers can view while waiting in line? (We would be happy to share some great ideas with you...). How helpful would it be if you could test marketing campaigns in store in real-time? Consider: Create hourly or daily specials and promotions (i.e., "Quote promotion code 392 before 3 PM today and get 50% off ABC products."). What about working with suppliers to promote new product launches in-store? (Or various suppliers can provide you with tips and advice in video format on how customers can get the most out of their products...)
